Warranty & Defects

Each product has different manufacturer warranty durations and will be assessed independently, regardless of whether the products were initially bought together.

Customers are advised to refer to the warranty manual of the given product for more information or to visit the brand's service center for warranty assistance.

Customers who believe that they have received an incorrect/defective item from our online stores should contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We will address their concerns promptly and accordingly.

Return & Exchange

Customers should contact us for further enquiry before returns.

Customers should return the item in its original and sealed condition, along with the original receipt, warranty card, as well as any accompanying free gifts, vouchers, and/or accessories, within 7 working days from the date of agreement.

Delivery & Shipping

All packages are shipped from our Singapore warehouse via NinjaVan; unless otherwise stated. Once your payment has been verified, we will process your order and dispatch your parcel within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends, peak periods and public holidays). Please allow an extra 3 working days for order processing and dispatching during sale periods.

The estimated delivery days begin when the order has been verified and accepted by us, not after the order or payment has been made.
